**SURVIVAL**
These Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace any other agreement or convention entered into previously. Any clause or provision of this agreement, as well as the additional terms, legally declared invalid, will be eliminated or modified at the choice of www.bulltax.mx in order to correct its vice or defect. **APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION**
